This looks like an interesting release. I wonder how the sound will be given the age of some of the material. Praga Sigitals had done some great job with mono recording from the 40's and 50's so good audio quality would be achievable here.
This has to be something of fate in regards to the recent passing of Christa Ludwig (April 24th). May she rest in peace.
