Yup, Breydon is right - Obi indicates this is using the 2018 DSD master, with Astrud on the left. Unfortunately though, the art work used is a straight lift from UCGU-9043 and includes that Cat. #. The Obi and the disk however, have the correct Cat # of UCGU-9069.

Very different Compared to the USA 2002 'remix' SACD, my only other reference. The 2002 has a very 80's sounding mix - everything up front, bright, louder and boosted in the bass....and of course Astrud shifted over to the right.

This disk seems to be a flat analogue to DSD transfer, with minimal tinkering. Up front is the sax and the vocals. Everything else is much lower volume and down the back. Bass for example is barely present. And it sounds very good. For mine, keeping the vocals on the one side is more of an intimate presentation and a plus.

If you already have the Tower Records version from 2018 you will not need this disk, unless you prefer single layer to hybrid. They are currently both in print, so if you don't have this title you still have the choice.

I guess the other potential choice is the OOP AP version, which seems to be derived from the same tapes. I have not heard it, but note it uses an analogue tape to PCM to DSD path.
