Has anyone actually managed to purchase this? Not available anywhere except on the Craft Recordings home site, but there's not release date indicate even though purchase appears possible even now. Thanks.

Craft have a UK and a US site (maybe other countries too?) and I bought it from the U K site without difficulty about a month ago. All the SACD's on each site that you can put in a basket are available. I'm sorry I can't tell you more about it as I haven't yet had an evening to play it and compare it with the old Warner Japan issue.

Thank you, Breydon Music. Their UK site is also their Europe vendor, so I ordered from them, but the order was never shipped even though some company handling their shipping ("zendesk" by name) claimed otherwise. Finally, after some back-and-forth arguing about it (the UPS tracking showed that the package was never even picked up by UPS), I got a message from the shipping co. Zendesk that "the store is in the process of moving, but things should get back on track within the next week or two, and you will be able to reorder the items then" and that for now I'd get a refund. So I was wondering what's going on with them. Anyhow, thanks for sharing your reassuring experiences; I'll certainly try again in a while.

On a separate note, I'd be most intrigued to hear your comments on any sonic differences to the Warner release, as I never bought that having been disappointed by several of their (Warner's) releases. In case you'd care to share when you've had a chance.

Oops, just checked again their UK/Europe site and this is what they tell us:

"UK STORE UPDATE

Craft Recordings has been informed that the warehouse team who manage our UK store fulfillment has gone into administration. Unfortunately, this has led to the temporary closure of our UK storefront. We are working diligently to ensure that all existing UK orders will be fulfilled with as little delay in shipping as possible.

For any concerns or questions on existing orders please contact info@craftrecordings.com with your name, email and order number.

In the meantime, our U.S store remains open and ships worldwide, offering all of our available new releases and catalog titles. We sincerely appreciate your patience and support."

Well, that then explains.
