Downunderman's comment above is absolutely confirmed with the Peter Frampton: Frampton title that I own. I have ordered this Camel album, as well as ...
Divine Mercy is the theme of this Cantata. Youthful composer Daniel Knaggs (b. 1983) wrote the music based partly on the spiritually inspired writings of Maria Faustina ...
I am also very skeptical about the file format. My guess is that the cycle was originally recorded in PCM 16/44.1. Only for the preparation of this new edition were the old ...
I guess also whether it would even be financially viable, first as a development and then a production project. Look at us here, a niche in a niche in a diminutive market ...

I was very happy to see that this title had made it into the Atlantic 75th anniversary series. It made me think about my university days in the mid 70's and one of the share houses that I lived in back then. This album was often played and much loved.
In the digital realm it has not had much love.....or interest! The only remaster I'm aware of was done in 2013 and that was remastered in Japan from the Japanese 1st generation analog master tape.
The big surprise upon listening to the Analogue Production SACD is just how well recorded and mixed the album was. It sounds excellent. It has a spacious soundstage, and the various elements of the mix are well separated and positioned therein. It is also very detailed and analog smooth. The original analog tape has clearly held up very well.
Ryan K. Smith at Sterling Sound did the DSD mastering on this one and has done a top-notch job.
Heartily recommended artistically AND sonically.
