Retailing at over 150 US$ this release must be setting a new record price for a SACD.

Are we SACD buffs being exploited one wonders?

It seems to be some super deluxe box with a book and stuff. Is it worth $150? I doubt it, but there appear to be no other options. Interestingly Decca first announced a regular SACD of this 2 or 3 years ago, it even popped up on some Japanese web-sites. And then vanished.

Amazon still has the earlier hires Bluray for sale for US$50, This one is actually 2 SACDs as they are hybrid.

Have obviously not heard this (yet) but if it's anything like as good as what was achieved for Britten: War Requiem - Britten, then the sound will be as good as close as one could ever wish to hear (except for it only being in stereo). Expensive? Yes. Good value for money? Arguably so.
