I adore this album, and usually like Analogue Production mastering jobs - but this release is unfortunately no more dynamic (and a touch more loudly mastered) than my 2008 Impulse CD - there's no reason to get this on SACD because it's not noticeably different than available CD masters. Best version of this album is still the early CD issues from the late 80s/early 90s.

Yes, this one is a SACD title in the Acoustic Sounds SACD Series and was released June 4 2025. First time on SACD too.
According to the jacket it was mastered by Ryan Smith at Sterling Sound. And seemingly done very recently. The Obi. indicates it is a Verve Label Group 2025 DSD.
Sadly I have nothing to compare it to, but it sounds pretty good in isolation.
