This single disc Hybrid SACD edition released 2025 is Certainly a 'fish out of water', based as it is on this earlier 2018 release Chris Squire: Fish Out Of Water
The SACD layer has the 'new' stereo mix & 5.1 Surround mix. The CD layer has the original stereo mix remastered + the bonus tracks.
So, if the original mix is your preference, this SACD has little to offer.
On its own terms the stereo remix on the SACD layer sounds very good. I can't say how the 5.1 surround mix scrubs up though.
