Looking at the waveform this is clearly mastered from 44.1khz Red Book PCM - but the recording is lovely, the pieces are uncommon, and the multichannel is good.

Ben, if you're interested in comparing Christina's Journey to another SACD of Susanne Rydén done by the same producer and engineer three years later, get a copy of Pergolesi, Scarlatti: Stabat Mater - Rydén, Bellini#. The Proprius Stabat Mater SACD technical note does not specify PCM resolution, but does list Thuresson microphones (among others), several mic preamps, and the Pyramix workstation, all of which contribute to the outstanding sound quality of the recording. Our late colleague John Miller gave the Proprius album an excellent review.
